Terms of service
The terms under which the ApsidaERP service is provided by Infonet Tech.

1. Definitions and scope of the service
ApsidaERP is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, provided over the internet by Infonet Tech., whose purpose is to support, automate and digitise business processes, sales management, invoicing, stock and other business operations.
Use of the service requires full acceptance of these Terms.
The service is provided exclusively to professionals and businesses (B2B use) and is not intended for consumers.
2. Right of use and restrictions
Infonet Tech. grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for the duration of an active subscription.
The customer may not:
- resell, lease or otherwise transfer the service to third parties,
- reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code,
- interfere with, or attempt to access, the infrastructure or unauthorised data,
- share access credentials with unauthorised third parties.
The customer is fully responsible for every action carried out through their account.
3. Accounts and security
Access to the service is through personal credentials.
The customer undertakes to:
- keep passwords confidential,
- use strong passwords,
- report any security breach immediately.
Infonet Tech. is not liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of credentials.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewals
The service is provided through annual subscriptions.
If a subscription is not renewed, a grace period of seven (7) days applies.
After the grace period ends, Infonet Tech. may:
- suspend access to the service,
- restrict functionality to a read-only state,
- terminate access entirely.
The service is restored only once outstanding payments have been settled.
5. Data ownership and rights
All data entered by the customer remains their exclusive property.
Infonet Tech. acquires no ownership rights over that data.
The data is used solely to provide the service.
6. Export, transfer and deletion of data
The customer has the right to export their data in a format supported by the system (for example CSV, Excel or a backup file).
After a subscription ends:
- data is retained for up to 12 months,
- after that period it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
Where a GDPR erasure request is made, Infonet Tech. deletes the data within a reasonable period, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
7. Security, GDPR and processing roles
The service is hosted on infrastructure within the European Union (Hetzner, Finland / Germany).
Infonet Tech. applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures in accordance with the GDPR.
For GDPR purposes:
- the customer is the Data Controller,
- Infonet Tech. is the Data Processor.
8. Backups
Daily backups of the systems are performed.
Backups are used solely for:
- service restoration,
- resolving technical problems,
- business continuity.
Infonet Tech. does not guarantee full data recovery in every case of loss.
9. Service availability (SLA)
Infonet Tech. targets annual service availability of 99%.
Availability does not include:
- scheduled maintenance,
- exceptional technical incidents,
- force majeure,
- failures of third-party providers (ISPs, data centres, cloud providers).
10. Support
Basic technical support is provided by email only, on working days between 09:00 and 17:00.
Telephone support, and support inside or outside working hours, is not included in the basic service package and is provided only under a specific commercial agreement or support contract.
The terms, availability and level of support are set by the agreement in force between Infonet Tech. and the customer.
11. Integration with myDATA and third-party providers
ApsidaERP supports integration with:
- myDATA, operated by the Greek tax authority (AADE),
- electronic invoicing services,
through cooperation with Primer Software IKE, a certified e-invoicing provider.
The platform has been developed and tested in accordance with the technical specifications of AADE and of the partner providers.
Infonet Tech. is not liable for:
- changes to APIs or specifications,
- service interruptions at AADE or third parties,
- delays or failures in data transmission.
12. Responsible use and legal compliance
The customer is solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data,
- the issuing of documents,
- tax and accounting compliance,
- lawful use of the platform.
Infonet Tech. does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.
Use of the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- tax evasion or avoidance,
- issuing fictitious or inaccurate documents,
- concealing transactions,
- fraud of any kind.
In the event of a breach, Infonet Tech. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately.
13. Limitation of liability
The total liability of Infonet Tech. shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer over the preceding 12 months.
Under no circumstances is it liable for:
- loss of profit,
- loss of data,
- business interruption,
- indirect or consequential damages.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
14. Force majeure
Infonet Tech. is not liable for delays or failure to provide the service due to events of force majeure, such as:
- cyber-attacks,
- data centre outages,
- natural disasters,
- widespread network failures.
15. Changes to the service and these terms
Infonet Tech. reserves the right to modify the service or these terms, notifying customers through the platform or by email.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek and European law.
The courts of Greece have exclusive jurisdiction.
