How Infonet Tech. collects, processes and protects your personal data, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. Introduction

Infonet Tech. respects the privacy of visitors and is committed to protecting the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek and European law.

This policy covers the ApsidaERP website. For the processing of data inside the application, the Terms of service apply in addition, where Infonet Tech. acts as Data Processor on behalf of your business.

2. Data controller

The controller for data collected through this website is Infonet Tech., Parodos Arkadiou 1, 65404 Kavala, Greece, GEMI reg. no. 190067630000.

For any matter relating to data protection, contact us at info@infonettech.gr or (+30) 2511 512167.

3. What data we collect

Through the contact and demo forms we may collect:

  • your name,
  • your email address,
  • your phone number,
  • your business name,
  • the content of your message.

You provide these details yourself, and solely for the purpose of getting in touch.

4. Purpose of processing

The data you submit is used only to:

  • answer contact requests,
  • provide information about our services and products,
  • support a possible working relationship or business enquiry.

We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing.

5. Legal basis

Processing of your personal data is based on:

  • your consent, when you submit a contact or demo form,
  • the company's legitimate interest in communicating with and serving prospective clients or partners.

6. Cookies

This website may use cookies and similar technologies. For exactly which, and how to control them, see the Cookie policy.

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or destruction.

Our services are hosted on infrastructure within the European Union (Hetzner, Finland / Germany).

8. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties.

We may use partner service providers (for example hosting, email or analytics services), which process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with applicable law.

For transmitting documents to the Greek tax authority from inside the application, we work with Primer Software IKE, a certified e-invoicing provider.

9. Retention period

Where no working relationship follows from the contact, the details you submitted through the forms are kept for two (2) years and then deleted.

If you become a customer, contact details are kept for as long as the relationship lasts. After it ends the Terms of service apply, under which application data is retained for up to 12 months and then permanently deleted.

In every case, a longer retention period applies only where the law requires it — for example for tax or accounting purposes.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing.

To exercise these rights, contact info@infonettech.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be amended to comply with legislation or to improve our services. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
