Is ApsidaERP certified for myDATA?
Yes. Transmission runs through the API of Primer Software IKE, a certified e-invoicing provider, and ApsidaERP is certified by them to transmit documents to the Greek tax authority.
Can I migrate the data from my current software?
Yes. We handle migration of clients, suppliers, items and open balances. Send us a sample export and we will tell you exactly what carries over.
Do I need to install anything?
No. ApsidaERP runs in the browser. All you need is an internet connection and your account details.
Where is my data stored?
On Hetzner infrastructure, in data centres in Finland and Germany — that is, within the European Union. Backups are taken daily. The data stays yours: you can export it at any time, and after a subscription ends it is kept for up to 12 months before being permanently deleted.
What happens if the connection to AADE drops?
The document is issued as normal and queued. As soon as the tax authority service responds, transmission completes automatically and you receive the MARK.
How is the subscription billed?
The subscription is annual, with a minimum term of one year. Prices are shown per month so they are easy to compare, but billing happens once for the whole year. If a subscription is not renewed there is a seven-day grace period before access is restricted.
