Every ApsidaERP module, in detail

Fifteen modules sharing the same data. Here is what each one does and where it earns its place.

Sales and invoicing

The everyday work. You issue a document and the entry lands straight away on the client's record, in the cash position and in stock — there is no second place to key it in.

  • Documents — invoices, receipts and credit notes, with transmission to AADE happening in the same motion.
  • Client registry — a full record with VAT number (ΑΦΜ), tax office, profession, up to three phone numbers, address and notes. Searching by VAT number fills in the company's details automatically.
  • Suppliers — the same record, with their own balances and purchase history.
  • Products and services — one catalogue of items with prices and VAT rates, feeding every document you issue.

Lists filter by column and print — outstanding client balances, for instance — without building a separate report.

Cash and collections

What came in, what went out and what you are still owed. Every payment is tied to the document it settles, so a client's balance is always the real one.

  • Collections — recording payments, partial or in full, and a view of open balances per client.
  • Income streams — your sources of revenue kept apart, so you can see where the turnover actually comes from.
  • Expenses — recording and categorising spending, together with the documents that evidence it.

Stock and items

For businesses holding stock, the warehouse is updated by the same documents you issue — not by a separate entry at the end of the day.

  • Warehouses — balances tracked per item, with support for more than one storage location.
  • Digital transport — delivery notes issued and tracked digitally, as the tax authority now requires.

Staff and scheduling

Who is working, when, and where. Most useful in businesses that run shifts and take appointments — shops, workshops, accommodation.

  • Shifts — a work schedule per employee and per day.
  • Leave — requests and approvals, with the remaining balance updating itself.
  • Appointments — a calendar for client appointments, linked to their record.
  • Workstations — the points your team works from.

myDATA and compliance

This is why most businesses change software. Transmission runs through the API of Primer Software IKE, a certified e-invoicing provider, and ApsidaERP is certified by them for that transmission.

  • Document transmission — every document leaves for AADE as it is issued and comes back with a MARK.
  • Digital transport — delivery notes tracked digitally from issue to hand-off.
  • Digital client registry — kept digitally and in line with myDATA requirements.

Multiple companies

If you hold more than one VAT number — or you are an accountancy practice keeping clients' books — you switch company from the top of the screen, without signing in again.

  • Administration — users, permissions and each company's settings, kept separate.
  • Business details — VAT number, registered address, logo and the state of the myDATA connection, in one place.

Reports and statistics

The dashboard answers the questions anyone asks first thing: how much did we sell today, how does the month compare with the last one, did any new clients come in.

  • Daily and monthly sales — with the change against the previous month.
  • Twelve-month revenue — the turnover curve, on a chart.
  • Recent documents — the last ones issued, with their value.
  • Business statistics — a closer view by client, item and period.
