Hotels

For hotels and accommodation

Service bookings, invoicing that reaches the tax authority, and shifts that change every week — in one system. The room booking engine is on its way.

What it covers today

A property is not only bookings. It is documents that have to be transmitted, suppliers who get paid, staff going onto shifts, and fixed costs that keep running in January. ApsidaERP already does that part, today.

  • Invoicing with myDATA transmission
  • Client registry
  • Suppliers
  • Expenses
  • Warehouses
  • Business statistics

If you run more than one property under separate VAT numbers, you switch business from the top of the screen without signing in again.

Staff, shifts and leave

This is where a property differs from most businesses. The season brings people who arrive in April and leave in October, a reception desk on rolling hours, housekeepers whose shifts change mid-week, and days off that have to be granted without leaving a shift uncovered.

  • Shifts — a work schedule per person and per day, so you can see who covers what before the gap appears.
  • Leave — requests and approvals, with the remaining balance updating itself.
  • Workstations — the points your team works from, useful when the property is not a single building.

When the season ends, the history stays in the system — you are not rebuilding the schedule from scratch next year.

Bookings and hospitality services

We are building a full hospitality suite inside the same system that already holds your invoicing and your staff. Below is exactly where each piece stands — what works today, what is coming, and what is still being designed.

  • Service bookings

The property's services are booked electronically and linked to the client's record and to invoicing.

    Available
  • Room booking engine

Room availability and reservations in the same place, so a booking does not have to be reconciled with your books later.

    Coming
  • Public booking form

A direct booking form for your own website, with no third-party commission.

    Planned
  • Channel management

Availability and rates kept in step with the channels your bookings come from.

    Planned
  • Restaurant bookings

Tables and service shifts, for properties running their own restaurant.

    Planned
  • Room service requests

Orders placed from the room, reaching the team without a phone call and a note at reception.

    Planned
  • Housekeeping

Cleaning schedule and status per room, tied to the staff shift plan.

    Planned
  • Online catalogue with QR

Your service and restaurant catalogue behind a QR code, fed by the same items and prices you already maintain.
