Built in Kavala, by Infonet Tech.

ApsidaERP did not start out as an ERP. It started as a booking application for a spa — and from there it became clear how much the Greek market was missing.

How it started

Charalampos Dimaridis, software engineer and founder of Infonet Tech.

“I started out as a freelancer, with one project: a cloud booking application for Kalliston Wellness Day & Spa — the first step of their digital transformation.

Working on it, I saw something that held far more widely: almost no Greek business has access to tools that are both easy to use and enough. The serious systems are heavy, expensive and need training; the simple ones stop right where the real needs begin.

That became what drives me: to build a tool that genuinely helps Greek small and medium businesses grow.”

The service booking engine running inside ApsidaERP today traces its line straight back to that first project. See where it has got to.

Why we build it

That realisation became the reason ApsidaERP exists: a tool that genuinely helps small and medium Greek businesses grow, instead of eating their time.

In practice that means three things. That the day's work takes a few clicks, not two days of training. That your obligations towards the tax authority close themselves, instead of piling up for the end of the month. And that you talk to people who know both the software and the Greek reality, in your own language.

Customization, not just a subscription

No off-the-shelf application fits everyone. Even two businesses in the same sector work differently: a different approval flow, different documents, a different way of measuring what is going well.

So alongside the product itself, we take on customizing ApsidaERP to the way you work. We do not ask you to change your process to fit the software; we change the software.

If something you need is not there, tell us at the demo. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done, what it costs and when.

Where we are going

The aim is not one more invoicing program. It is for a Greek business to be able to cover its digital side through one partner who knows it, instead of coordinating three suppliers who do not talk to each other.

  • Accounting applications — extending ApsidaERP towards the accounting side, so the books do not live in another system.
  • Websites and online shops — built and supported by us, connected to the ERP that already holds your items, prices and clients.

A full-scale solution means one number to call when something is not working.
